Welcome to Villa 5 Cuisine. By making a reservation, dining at our restaurant, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Cancellations

• Reservations are recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

• We kindly ask for accurate contact details at the time of booking.

• Cancellations or changes should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late arrivals of more than 1 hour without notice may result in the cancellation of your booking.​

2. Dining Policies

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

• Special dietary requests or allergies should be informed in advance; while we strive to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Service charges and applicable taxes will be added to your bill.

3. Private Events & Group Bookings

• For groups of 15 or more, a deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.

• Deposits are non-refundable in case of late cancellation (less than 72 hours).

• Customized menus and arrangements are available upon request.

4. Use of Website

• All content on the Villa5 Cuisine website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Villa5 Cuisine and may not be reproduced without permission.

• The website may not be used for unlawful purposes or to disrupt our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Villa5 Cuisine is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring on our premises, except where required by law.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit.

6. Changes to Terms

• Villa5 Cuisine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
